At Tiny House Kitchen, my passion for baking and cooking started in my mother's kitchen. At the young age of nine, I made my first pie, Apple, of course. And continued throughout my formative years as I cooked our family meals so my single mom didn't have to.
I've been cooking and baking nearly all my life, for the sheer joy of it. Then, in 2021 I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. A surgery cut it out and then in 2023 it came back. I went through chemo and knocked it out! Baking became my saving grace. Being able to channel love, joy and gratitude into a delicious treat that would bring joy to someone else is what helped heal me. And still does.
Over the years, I have learned the importance of high quality ingredients. I use the best I can find. Organic when I can. Non GMO, natural goodness. My recipes almost always have a twist. Brown Butter Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies? Apple Gouda Hand Pies? Cheddar Scallion Bread? You can get the same ole same ole anywhere. I like to keep it interesting.

For those who want a lighter option, this Classic Key Lime pie is made with the Original Nellie and Joe's Key Lime Juice. In a spiced cookie crust, topped with dollops of whipped cream.

Upgrade your individual cakes to Chocolate Buttercream, Cream Cheese Frosting, German Chocolate Frosting (caramel, coconut and nuts) French, Swiss or Italian Buttercream.
I even have some personal specialties. Salted Caramel Buttercream, Miso Cream Cheese and more. Lets get creative.
Here are some Tart ideas. Individuals start at $12 and whole tarts start at $40

Make an impression with a tray of individual tarts. French pastry shells filled with whatever your heart desires.
Think Two layers of Chocolate Ganache, Key Lime Cheesecake with Fresh Strawberry Curd or Biscoff Pistachio is one of our favorites.
Our star Mango Calamansi tart is always a stunner, or how about the Biscoff Pistachio as a whole tart? I can even do Savory for you. Cheese and Heirloom Tomato anyone?
Pricing is going to vary by recipe. Please be patient and open to discussion as we find a gorgeous combo for your delicious treats. Additionally, if you want a big deal decorated cake (wedding, etc.), I am probably not your baker. So many more talented cake mavens can make your dreams come true. What I can do is delicious and stylish sweets and savories, just not highly decorated with that kind of finesse.
Pay with Cash App or Zelle (or good ole cash). Easy pick up, or we can discuss delivery options. Large orders require a deposit.
